BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure

• 30% deposit is required when the booking is made and the balance payment must be settled at least 30 days before the wedding date
• If the wedding day is in less than 30 days, then full payment must be settled when the booking is made
• Exceptional policy may apply from certain vendors and/or venues and will be informed separately

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation longer than 40 (forty) days of the event, 30% of the paid deposit is forfeited
• Cancellation within 40 (forty) days of the event, non refundable deposit
• Cancellation within 30 (thirty) days of the event, 70% cancellation fee of the total quoted prices shall be applied
• Cancellation within 15 days of the event, 100% cancellation fee apply
• Exceptional policy may apply from certain vendors and/or venues and will be informed separately
